摘要
介绍了立磨机的基本结构和工作原理,重点阐述了KLM型立磨机在金属矿中的应用情况,KLM型立磨机用于金属矿的细磨或再磨作业中,可以经济地提高矿物单体解离度,促使目的矿物解离更加充分、裸露更多新鲜表面,对有效提升目的矿物品位、改善精矿品质,降低选厂生产成本具有重要作用。工业实践表明,KLM型立磨机是一种适合于金属矿细磨与再磨作业,节能高效的磨矿设备。
This paper introduces the basic structure and working mechanism of vertical screw stirred mill and the performance characteristics and application in metal mine of KLM series equipment.KLM type vertical mill used for fine grinding of metal ores can economically improve mineral liberation degree,put objective mineral liberation more fully,bare more fresh surface,which can effectively enhance the objective mineral grade,improve the quality of the concentrate,reduce mill plant operation cost.Industrial applications suggest that KLM type vertical mill is not only simple in structure,easy to operate and maintain,but also reliable,so it’s very suitable for fine grinding and refine grinding of metal ores.
