摘要
外磁式磁选机已成功应用于-10mm钒钛磁铁矿磨前预选作业,具有回收率高、尾矿品位低等优点。采用外磁式磁选机进行了-18mm钒钛磁铁矿预选抛尾、一段分级系统沉砂抛尾试验研究,可实现抛尾产率9%~28%;采用外磁磁选机进行含弱磁性矿物混合型铁矿预选试验,分析了入选粒度、弱磁性矿物含量对于预选指标的影响;采用外磁式磁选机对-18mm原生磁铁矿进行了预选试验,实现磨前抛废42.09%。
External magnet drum type magnetic separator is used successfully on -10 mm vanadium-titanium magnetite pre-concentration. The type of magnetic separator can achieve high recovery rate and low tailing grade. Recently, some experiment about -18 mm vanadium-titanium magnetite pre-concentration and tailings discarding of grading sand setting are conducted with external magnet type magnetic separator. The tailings discarding yield are 9%-28%. Mixed iron ore blended with weak magnetic mineral is pre-concentrated with external magnet type magnetic separator. The influence of granularity of mixed iron ore and content of weak magnetic mineral made on separation data are discussed. Experiment about -18 mm magnetite pre-concentration is conducted with external magnet type magnetic separator. The tailings discarding yield is 42.09%.
