摘要
在现有大直接管桩桩型基础上,采用新型钢绞线和增大单股钢绞线直径的方法制作了5根大直径管桩,分别进行了抗疲劳性能、抗弯性能、预应力损失和握裹力试验研究。结果表明,所制作的5根管桩的预应力张拉值、预应力传递长度、开裂弯矩、破坏弯矩均满足相关规范要求。
Five different type of piles are made by using new steel strand or increasing the diameter of single strand steel strand on the basis of the existing large concrere pile type. The fatigue test, bending performance research, prestress loss research and grip wrapping force test of these type of piles are carried out. The results show that the prestressing tension value, prestressing transfer length, cracking moment and failure moment all meet the requirements of relevant codes.
