摘要 为解决人工现场电能表安装接线不可靠引发电气故障及效率低等问题,在不改变电能表目前结构的基础上,设计一种电能表电气连接专用接插件,完成电能表不上螺丝的插拔式安装。通过对接插件插拔力结构因素及参数进行系统的仿真分析,对接插件插头进行优化设计,同时满足电气性能与适用性需求。通过一系列试验及现场应用,验证了新型电能表接插件的设计正确性,实现了电能表即插即用的目标。该电能表不仅提高了电能表安装效率,同时降低了电能表运行故障率、电气安全事故的发生率,也为电力企业创造了显著经济效益。随着电能表接插件的广泛应用,通过对接插件插头弹性力进行深入研究,采用新技术、新手段,不断对插头进行技术改进,进一步降低插拔力、提高电接触性能,将使接插件在现场操作更加省力、轻松、安装快捷,电能表工作将会更加安全、可靠。 In order to solve the problems of electrical failure and low efficiency caused by manual unreliable on-site installation and wiring of electric energy meter,on the basis of not changing the current structure of the electric energy meter,a dedicated connector for electrical connection of electric energy meter is designed,and the plug-in and pull-out installation of electric energy meter without screw is completed.The structural factors and parameters of plug-in and pull-out forces of the connector are simulated and analyzed systematically.The plug of the connector is optimized to meet the requirements of electrical performance and applicability.Through a series of tests and field applications,the design correctness of the new energy meter connector is verified,and the plug-and-play goal of electric energy meter is realized.It not only improves the installation efficiency,but also reduces the operation failure rate of electric energy meter and the occurrence rate of electrical safety accidents,and creates remarkable economic benefits for power enterprises.With the wide application of the electric energy meter connector,through in-depth study on elastic force for the plug of the connector,continuous technical improvement of the plug with new technology and new means will further reduce the insertion force and improve the electrical contact performance,which will make on-site operation of the connector more labor-saving,easy,and quick to install,the work of electric energy meter will be safer and more reliable.
