摘要 温度监测是目前开关柜在线监测研究中的重点,现有的开关柜温度在线监测系统存在电源不可靠、影响设备绝缘和延迟警报等缺陷。针对以上缺陷,设计了基于开关柜动态温升预警模型的无线温度监测系统。系统的无线温度监测终端采用电流互感器作为电源,使用ZigBee与上位机进行通信,并选用数字温度传感器DS18B20监测温度,在提高终端电源可靠性的同时解决了其影响设备绝缘的问题。系统创新性地应用了基于概率论与数理统计原理建立的动态温升预警模型,并对故障开关柜的温升过程进行故障预判,验证了系统的动态预警能力。研究证明,该系统能够提早发现开关柜的高温故障,发出警报,有效地提高了开关柜温度监测系统的实际应用价值。 At present,temperature monitoring is the main issue of online monitoring research for switchgear.The existing on-line temperature monitoring system for switchgear temperature has defects such as unreliable power supply,affecting equipment insulation and delayed alarms.To solve the above defects,a wireless temperature monitoring system based on dynamic temperature rise warning model of switchgear has been designed.In the system,current transformers are used as the power supply for the wireless temperature monitoring terminal,and ZigBee is used for communication with host computer,and temperature sensor DS18B20 is selected for temperature detection.The design solves the problem of affecting the insulation of the equipment while improving the reliability of the terminal power supply.The system innovatively applies the dynamic temperature rise warning model based on the principle of probability theory and mathematical statistics.The fault pre-judgment of the temperature rise process of the fault switchgear is carried out,and the dynamic early warning capability of the system is verified.The research proves that the system can detect the high temperature fault of the switchgear earlier and issue an alarm,which effectively improves the practical application value of the temperature monitoring system of the switchgear.
