摘要
在动车组齿轮箱低温试验过程中,不同的测试条件和测试系统导致的数据离散性十分明显。根据相关标准及试验数据,从试验方法、试验设备和数据处理方法三方面,分析了不同起动加速度对测量结果的影响,并对采用不同采样速率、不同数据处理方法的测量系统数据处理结果进行对比分析。根据分析结果,提出了在动车低温试验应当在最低运营温度下,采用最大起动加速度测试的方法;以及测量系统应满足采样速率不低于5 s/次,采用直接求差法进行数据处理的建议。该方案解决了动车组齿轮箱低温试验方案中存在的试验结果离散性大的问题,为试验方法和标准的进一步完善提供有益建议。
In low temperature test of the electric multiple units(EMU) gearbox,different test conditions and test systems may lead to significant data dispersion.According to the relevant standards and test data,the influence of different starting accelerations on measurement results is analyzed based on test methods,test equipment and data processing;and the data processing results with different sampling rates,and different processing methods are compared.In accordance with the analysis results,a test method is proposed that the low-temperature test of gearbox shall be processed at the maximum starting acceleration and lowest operating temperature;and the measurement system shall meet the sampling rate of not less than 5 s/sample and adopt the direct difference method for data processing.The scheme solves the problem of large dispersion of test results in the low-temperature test of the EMU gearbox,and provides useful suggestions for further improvement of test methods and standards.
