摘要 为研究插齿切削时的主切削力,以插削为基础,从剪切滑移理论出发,揭示了插齿加工的切削机理,并建立了切削力的计算模型,得到插齿切削时主切削力和插齿刀与工件在端平面内的投影重合面积成正比的结论;通过分析插齿的运动过程,建立了插齿切削的运动学模型,利用MATLAB软件求出投影面积,进而得到主切削力,并以试验测得的切削力进行拟合验证并预测,证实了该切削力计算模型的正确性与可行性。 In order to study the main cutting force during the cutting of the teeth,this paper is revealed the cutting mechanism of the gear shaping process based on the theory of shear slip,and it′s established a calculation model of cutting force,which all come to a conclusion that the main cutting force during the cutting of the gear is proportional to the projection coincidence area of the shaper in the end plane.The kinematics model of the gear cutting is established by analyzing the motion process of the gear shaping.MATLAB is used to find the projected area and to get the main cutting force,combined with experimental fitting verification and prediction,confirming the correctness and feasibility of the cutting force calculation model.
