基于切屑尺寸控制的缸盖面铣工艺优化

摘要 水套是发动机冷却液流动的通道,结构较为复杂。对缸盖进行面铣加工时,部分切屑会残留在水套中,导致后续清洗工艺无法有效带走切屑,而残留切屑会对发动机造成安全隐患。通过面铣试验收集和测量残留切屑尺寸(宽度、厚度和卷曲半径)进行回归分析,并建立基于切削参数的用于预测切屑尺寸的多元回归模型。在保证材料去除率的前提下优化加工参数,获得尺寸更小、更利于清洗的切屑。 Water jacket is the passage for the engine coolant to flow,and its structure is complicated.When the cylinder head is machined,some chips will remain in the water jacket,which will make subsequent cleaning process not effectively take chips away and cause safety hazards to the engine.The residual chip size(width,thickness and crimp radius)is collected and measured with face milling experiments,and regression analysis is performed to establish a multivariate regression model for predicting chip size based on cutting parameters.Finally,through parameter optimization,and under the premise of ensuring the material removal rate,the chip with smaller size and more favorable for cleaning is obtained.
