摘要
对工业汽轮机外缸中的法兰V型密封槽的加工方法进行分析,通过对端面V型槽加工特征的进一步研究,提出了一种利用数控镗铣床旋风铣快速加工V型密封槽的方法。使用特制的端面V型槽铣刀配合数控宏参数编程旋风铣,可以一次成型加工完成整个V型槽。应用该加工方法,通过试切分析了相应的切削参数与切削量,大大提高了V型密封槽的加工效率和两侧密封面的表面质量。
Based on analysis of machining method of the V-shaped seal groove of the new steam flange in outer cylinder of industrial steam turbine,through the further study of the machining characteristics of the V-shaped groove on the end face,a method of fast machining V-shaped seal groove by using the NC boring and milling machine whirlwind milling is put forward.By using special end face V-groove milling-tool and NC macro parameter programming whirlwind milling,the whole V-groove can be processed at one time.The corresponding cutting parameters and cutting quantity are studied by trial cutting.The processing efficiency of V-type seal groove and the surface quality of both sides sealing face are greatly improved.
