摘要
将聚丙烯与镭雕母料、着色剂熔融共混挤出,对得到的材料进行镭雕效果分析,并对其密度、熔融指数、拉伸强度、抗弯强度、缺口冲击强度和热变形温度等材料特性进行表征。结果表明:相比于常规镭雕聚丙烯材料,试验所制备得到的新型镭雕聚丙烯材料的各项性能参数相近,改性着色剂的加入几乎不影响镭雕聚丙烯材料的使用性能,同时改性着色剂还赋予了材料艳丽的镭雕色彩。
Polypropylene is melt-blended with laser masterbatch and colorant,and the laser engraving effect is analyzed.The physical properties of materials ,such as density,melt index,tensile strength,flexural strength,notched impact strength and heat distortion temperature are characterized.The experimental results show that compared with conventional laser engraved polypropylene material,the performance of the new-made laser engraved polypropylene material is obtained similar properties,and the addition of the modified toner hardly affects the performances of the laser engraved polypropylene material.At the same time,the modified colorant gives the gorgeous laser engraving color of material.
