摘要 目的面向智能产品状态信息的视觉性表达,探讨提取、匹配与重组智能产品光效视觉特征的设计方法。方法以空气净化器的光效设计为例,根据产品符号学和认知心理学理论,基于视觉特征,运用限定式KJ法建立智能产品光效特征的要素清单,运用问卷与量表建立光效闪烁样式、闪烁频率与灯光亮度3个特征与智能产品状态信息相匹配的设计模型,最后通过匹配实验证明本方法在智能产品光效设计中的有效性。结果设计出针对空气净化器运行活跃、夜间睡眠、通知换芯和程序故障4种状态的光效。结论通过将智能产品光效视觉特征进行提取、匹配与重组,增强光效对智能产品状态信息的准确性表达。与此同时,将光效作为用户与产品沟通的媒介,以提升用户对智能产品状态的认知,并引导用户对智能产品作出相应的操作反馈。 The work aims to explore the design method of extraction, math and recombination visual features of smart product lighting effect for the visual expression of smart product status. Through a case of air purifier lighting effect design, qualified KJ method was used to establish an element list of smart product lighting features based on visual features according to the product semiotics and cognitive psychology theory. Questionnaire and 5-Likert were applied to establish the product design model with lighting pattern, flicker frequency, lighting brightness in consistence with smart product status. The verification tests proved the validity of the method used in the smart product lighting effect design. Four lighting effects to express four statuses of active, night hibernating, notification and procedure error of air purifier were designed. Through the extraction, match and recombination of lighting visual feature, the accuracy expression of lighting effect to the smart product status is enhanced. At the same time, the lighting is used as the medium of communication between users and products to enhance the user’s awareness of smart product status and to lead users to respond to the smart products accordingly.
