Design of Automatic Paint Spraying Machine with Suspension-type Chain

摘要 目前绝大多数电力公司的手工具表面耐高压绝缘漆都是依靠人工喷涂完成的,漆膜厚度不均匀、效率低、工作环境差。针对不同规格的两用扳手,运用数字建模及有限元仿真的设计方法,创新性地设计制造了一款吊装链式自动化喷漆设备。结果显示,链轮的固定轴能够满足强度要求,绝缘漆双喷头喷射效果较好,扳手喷涂速度约为1个/秒,油漆烘干保温成膜时间相比传统室温成膜缩短91.7%。 Presently most anti-high voltage insulating varnish on the hand-tools surface is painted by the manual,thus the film thickness is uneven,the efficiency is low,and the working environment is very poor. In the paper,a automatic painting equipment for different specifications of wrenches with suspension-type chain was designed innovatively by the mathematical modeling and finite element simulation. The results show that the fixed shaft of the sprocket can meet the strength requirement,and the double-nozzle spray effect of the insulating paint is good. What is more, the spanning speed of the wrench is about 1/sec,and the film forming time of painting and drying is 91.7% shorter than that of traditional room temperature.
