摘要
介绍了煤矿通风控制系统的组成及结构原理,同时根据煤矿通风的控制要求和特点,确定新的控制方案及技术,具体利用PLC技术对硬件接线图和软件程序进行设计和现场调试,利用变频器技术驱动风机运行,利用传感技术检测瓦斯,使系统工作绿色环保化、节能化。使煤矿通风系统改进成安全性好,可靠性高、操作方便的新型通风控制系统。
This paper introduced the composition and structure principle of the ventilation control system in coal mine. According to the control requirements and characteristics of coal mine ventilation, determined a new control scheme. designed the software program,hardware wiring diagram and debugged by using PLC technology, used frequency converter technology to drive the fan, and used the sensor technology to detect gas. to make the system working green and energy saving. improved the ventilation system of coal mine into a new type of ventilation control system with good safety,high reliability and convenient operation.
