摘要
结合大柳塔煤矿带式输送设备实际运行情况,分析了节能调速自动控制系统设计的理论依据,全面论述了煤矿带式输送设备节能调速自动控制系统的设计,最后通过实际应用得出,所设计的煤矿带式输送设备节能调速自动控制系统具有良好的节能效果,而且运行安全稳定,值得进一步推广应用。
Combining with the actual operation of belt conveyor in Daliuta coal mine, this paper analyzes the theoretical basis for the design of automatic control system of energy-saving and speed-regulating, and expounds the design of automatic control system of energy-saving and speed-regulating for belt conveyor in coal mine in an all-round way. Dynamic control system has good energy-saving effect,and the operation of safe and stable,it is worth further promotion and application.
