The Analysis of S&T Innovation and Technology Transfer System in Britain

对英国科技创新和技术转移体系进行分析,总结其特点和成功要素,并在此基础上,分析国内科技创新和技术成果转移转化方面的不足之处,提出优化科技创新绩效评估、强化产学研合作、技术转移体系的建立与营运等推动科技创新和技术转移的政策建议。

Firstly, this paper analyzed the S&T innovation and technology transfer system in Britain and summarized the successful experience. Secondly, proposed deficiencies of science&technology innovation and technology transfer in China. Thirdly, this paper put forward some policy suggestions to promote science and technology innovation and technology transfer, such as optimizing the performance evaluation of S&T innovation, strengthening the industry-university-research cooperation, and operating technology transfer system.
