孟中印缅经济走廊建设的现状、挑战及前景——以地缘政治权力结构为分析视角

The Current Situation,Challenges and Prospect of BCIM Economic Corridor:A Geo-political Power Structure Perspective

孟中印缅经济走廊建设目前而言仍旧处于议题讨论阶段,尚未进入实质性的启动运转期,而由于内外等多重因素的共同作用,使得孟中印缅经济走廊建设陷入困境。根据地缘政治权力结构的分析机理,孟中印缅经济走廊建设逐渐呈现出一种"强—强"模式,其中印度作为地区大国的功能性缺位是主要内因。而陷入发展困境的孟中印缅经济走廊建设则逐渐沦为中印之间权力博弈的平台。通过对孟中印缅经济走廊建设的多维度分析,发现制约与促进其发展的因素共存,但不利因素多于有利因素。妥善化解不利因素,充分发挥有利基础,方可推动孟中印缅经济走廊建设获得更多早期收获,进而形成稳定良性的孟中印缅区域合作机制。

The development of BCIM economic corridor is less than smooth due to various internal and external factors.Empirical analysis of the economic corridor unveiled that unfavorable factors outweigh favorable factors over the development of BCIM economic corridor.Proper management of the unfavorable factors in addition to encouragement to favorable factors will contribute to early harvest programs associated with the BCIM and thereby help establishment of a stabilized BCIM regional cooperation mechanism.
