基于LabVIEW的血管内光声成像系统的设计与实验 被引量:1

摘要 冠状动脉中易损斑块的破裂是导致心血管疾病死亡的重要原因。掌握易损斑块形态特性、组成成分(主要是脂质)与空间分布信息,有利实现易损斑块的早期预测和干预治疗,则可以极大降低心血管病带来的危害。介绍了一种基于LabVIEW实现数据采集功能的血管内光声成像系统,并利用其实现对血管斑块脂质的成像与定量分析。实验结果表明,血管内光声成像技术应用于临床血管内介入具有巨大潜力。 The rupture of vulnerable plaque in coronary artery is an important cause of death from cardiovascular disease. Grasping the morphological characteristics, composition(mainly lipid) and spatial distribution information of vulnerable plaques is conducive to early prediction and intervention treatment of vulnerable plaques, which can greatly reduce the harm of cardiovascular diseases. This paper introduces an intravascular photoacoustic imaging system based on LabVIEW for data acquisition, and uses it to realize imaging and quantitative analysis of vascular plaque lipids. The experimental results show that the application of intravascular photoacoustic imaging technology in clinical intravascular interventions has great potential.
