摘要
针对现有分布式电源规划方法对于配电网环网接线方式及实际转供运行需求考虑不足的现状,基于配电网典型接线结构及转供模型分析,提出了一种计及转供的10kV配电网DG规划方法。该方法首先根据10kV配电线路的电气特征进行分类,建立各类线路的环网接线模型。然后在转供极端场景下,通过模型进行计算,得到各环网组线路的耐受渗透比。最后形成各环网组线路的耐受渗透比推荐表,指导配电网的分布式电源规划。算例验证了该方法的有效性及准确性。
The existing distribution generation planning method with fall short of consideration of distribution loop network connection and actual demand of load transfer. Aiming at the status quo, a new distribution generation planning method considering transfer of distribution network, proposed in this paper based on the typical connection structure and analysis of transfer model of distribution network. Firstly,this method classifies the 10 kV distribution lines according to their electrical characteristics,and establishes the loop network connection model of all kinds of lines. Secondly,in the extreme scenario of transfer,the permeability ratio of each ring network is obtained through the calculation of the model. Finally,a recommendation table is formed to guide the distribution network distributed generation planning. The effectiveness and accuracy of the method are verified by the results of calculation case.
