摘要 文章针对配电网电缆分支箱、高压开关箱因为自然原因导致箱体锈蚀严重,箱体内部电缆构件凝露等问题,提出一种通过在箱体底部加装简易通风底座的方法,利用空气对流原理及自然风的作用减少电缆井内部水汽与箱体接触,并通过改进箱体通风口结构,增强防水措施,提高箱体内部水汽散发效率,从而达到延长箱体使用寿命,提高设备绝缘水平保证设备运行安全,提高供电可靠性的目的。 in view of the serious corrosion of the cabinet and the high voltage switch box caused by natural causes and the condensation of the cable components inside the box, a method of installing a simple ventilation base in the bottom of the box is put forward to reduce the internal water vapor and box in the cable well by the air convection principle and the effect of natural wind. In order to prolong the service life of the box, improve the insulation level of the equipment, improve the safety of the equipment and improve the reliability of the power supply by improving the structure of the air vent of the box, the waterproof measures are enhanced and the efficiency of the water vapor emission in the box is enhanced.
