摘要
本文主要介绍了一起由于主变变低全绝缘管型母线缺陷导致主变停运的案例。通过分析保护动作情况,检查一次设备现场,解体分析管母结构并统计同类型设备故障情况,得出母线端头进水受潮是导致母线绝缘击穿的主要原因,并且表现为家族性缺陷。为了保证不再出现类似缺陷,减少设备故障造成的损失,提出了两种全绝缘管型母线改造方案及针对管母的运维要求。
Mainly introduces a case of main transformer outage due to the transformer's lowering of the full insulation tube busbar defect, by analyzing protection actions,checking the equipment site once, analyzing the structure of tubular bus and counting equipment failure in the same type, know the main reason for the breakdown of the bus insulation is that the bus ends are wet, and manifested as a family defect. In order to ensure that there are no similar defects and reduce the losses caused by equipment failure, two plans of total insulation busbar transformation and operation and maintenance requirements for tubular busbar are presented.
