我国共享汽车的发展现状与问题浅析

A Discussion on the Current Situation and Problems of the Development of Shared Cars in China

共享汽车作为一种互联网经济时代的产业,为我国共享经济发展做出了积极贡献。目前存在政府社会管理能力不足、相关主体素质不够、企业财务管理能力薄弱等问题。分析瑞士、澳大利亚等国的先进管理经验,为我国共享汽车的发展提出"政府指导、社会监督、企业投资、个人参与"的多元参与模式,促进各方围绕"共享汽车"形成良性管理模式。

As an emerging industry, the shared-car industry has made positive contributions to China’s economic development. At present, there are still problems in the industry such as deficit of the government in social management, weak financial management of enterprises, a need for a betterment of the quality of some customers. This paper analyzes the advanced management experience of Switzerland, Australia and other countries, and puts forward diversified suggestions involving multiple participation, namely, government leading, social supervision, enterprise investment and individual participation for the development of China’s shared cars, so as to form a desirable management mode of “shared cars”.
