创业文化推广对体育院校创业实践的影响

The Impact of Popularizing Entrepreneurship Culture on the Entrepreneurship Practice of Sports Institutions

创业文化是影响创业实践的一个重要因素。良好的创业文化能够提高创业者的创业意愿,增加创业信心。我国鼓励大学生创业已有20年时间,政府逐步推行适应需要的创业政策,市场方面也显示出对创业者素质的需求,高校虽然普遍开设创新创业教育相关课程,但高校创业文化推广情况不尽如人意,创业实践的比例还处于偏低水平。本文针对目前北方体育类高等院校创业探索的实际情况,从传统观念和创业政策便利性两个角度着手,结合国内各级各类大学生创业大赛获奖项目的后续资金跟进情况,分析创业文化推行效果不显著的原因,提出了深入挖掘并推广创业文化,提高大学生创业的政策便利性和扶持力度,以促进大学生创业实践的几点建议。

Entrepreneurship culture is an important factor affecting entrepreneurship practice. Good entrepreneurship culture can improve their willingness and build their confidence. Our country has encouraged college students to start their own businesses for 20 years. The government has gradually implemented the entrepreneurial policy to meet the needs. The market also shows the demand for the quality of entrepreneurs. Although universities generally offer courses related to innovation and entrepreneurship education, the popularization of entrepreneurship culture in Colleges and universities is unsatisfactory, and the proportion of entrepreneurship practice is still at a low level. In view of the actual situation of entrepreneurship exploration in sports colleges and universities in North China at present, this paper proceeds from the traditional concept and the convenience of entrepreneurship policy, combines with the follow-up funds of various types of prize-winning entrepreneurship competitions for college students at all levels in China. The paper analyses the reasons why the effect of entrepreneurship culture is not remarkable, and puts forward some suggestions for deepening and promoting entrepreneurship culture, improving the policy convenience and support of college students’ entrepreneurship, so as to promote their entrepreneurship practice.
