Network United Front: Status Quo, Difficulties and Countermeasures

网络统战主要是指新媒体代表性人士的统战工作和统战工作信息化建设,是新社会阶层统战工作的重要内容。目前,新媒体代表性人士的统战工作在国内一些试点城市已取得重要突破,全国统战系统信息化建设也成效明显。但是,在国内大部分地区,网络统战仍然存在着工作滞后,机制不健全,对象不明,统战工作人员素质不优,统战系统信息化水平不高等困难。需要从健全工作机制,提升统战工作人员能力素质,立足团结引导,实施分类统战和加强统战信息化建设几个方面着力,尽快提高网络统战工作水平。

The network united front mainly refers to the representative personages and the information construction of the United Front Work in the new media, which is an essential content of the united front work of new social strata. Till now, some pilot cities have made significant breakthroughs in the united front work of new media representatives, and the national united front system has also achieved outstanding results in the informationization construction. However, there are still some difficulties in network United front in most parts of the country, such as work delay, imperfect mechanism, vague objects, poor quality of united front staff, and low level of information technology of the united front system. We should improve the level of network united front work from the perspectives of promoting working mechanism, enhancing the capability and quality of united front work staff, and implementing classified united front work based on unity and guidance.
