摘要
似乎,天下主义就是世界主义,人类命运共同体思想也是世界主义。然而,天下主义和人类命运共同体思想绝不是世界主义。因为,世界主义是天上主义与天下主义的统一,缺少天上主义的天下主义不足以为世界主义。西方文化是从世界主义走向全球主义的文化形态,中国传统文化则是在缺乏天上主义背景下发展的天下主义文化形态。人类命运共同体思想不仅继承了中国传统文化天下主义之精华,并克服了中国传统文化的局限性,而且扬弃了西方的世界主义。中西文化"同归"不"同路"(中国天下主义、西方世界主义),但却"殊途同归"(人类命运共同体)。当代中国人类命运共同体的思想高于西方全球主义理念,因为西方全球主义思想基点还停留在世界主义,同时人类命运共同体思想也远远超越了中国传统文化中的天下主义。
It seems that both Tian Xia(literally the whole world) and a community of shared future for mankind are cosmopolitanism. However both of them are definitely not cosmopolitanism. Because cosmopolitanism is the unity of Tian Shang and Tian Xia, and the lack of heaven globalism is not thought as cosmopolitanism. Western culture is the cultural form from the cosmopolitanism to globalism and the traditional Chinese culture is the cultural form of Tian Xia with the lack of Tian Shang. The vision of a community of shared future for mankind not only inherits the essence of Chinese civilization, overcomes the limitations of traditional Chinese culture, but abandons the Western cosmopolitanism. Chinese and Western culture is not the same way, but all roads lead to Rome. The vision of a community of shared future for mankind in contemporary China is superior to the concept of Western globalism and in the meanwhile goes far beyond Tian Xia of traditional Chinese culture as the ideological basis of globalism still remains in cosmopolitanism.
