高职院校"校企合作、工学结合"应进行总体规划、全程设计,要从发展理念入手,以专业建设为中心,以人才养成为目的、以岗位要求为指导、以服务于地方社会经济发展为己任。实践教学模式改革应坚持课程设置灵活化、考核方式多元化、校企互动常态化、政策支持明朗化,走一条既能适应行业企业需求,又能反哺学校发展的双赢之路。

The development of “school-enterprise cooperation, work-study integration” in higher vocational colleges should carry out overall planning and design. It should start with the development concept, be rooted in professional construction, take talent cultivation as the goal, take job requirements as guidance, and serve local social and economic development as its own responsibility. The reform of practical teaching mode should adhere to the flexible curriculum, diversified assessment methods, normalized interaction between schools and enterprises, and clear policy support, and take a win-win road that can not only meet the needs of industry enterprises, but also feed back the development of schools.
