摘要 通过冷热稳定性对设计出的各个洁面霜配方进行初步筛选及正交实验法研究配方中的各主要表面活性剂的配比,用正交软件进行正交设计和数据处理以确定出最佳洁面霜配方.再用超声波热提取法获得鱼腥草黄酮粗提液,将分离浓缩后的粗提液添加到洁面霜中,并通过实验确定出最佳添加量.最后按照国家轻工业的标准的要求对产品的各项性能进行检测.实验结果表明:该配方的表面活性剂具有良好的相溶性,进行冷热稳定性实验后皆无变色或分层等现象;当黄酮类化合物添加量为6%时测得洁面霜泡沫高度为467 mm;pH值为7.67;有效物含量为34.27%;洁面霜的抗氧化性可达25%;且再经过72 h的抑菌性检测中也都符合国家标准. The initial screening of the cleansing cream formulas was designed by cold and heat stability, and the orthogonal experiment was adopted to study the ratio of the main surfactants in the formula and to find out the best cleansing cream formula by orthogonal design and data processing with the available software. Then extracting flavonoids from Houttuynia cordata under the optimal process conditions which was determined by ultrasonic hot reflux method, the crude extract obtained by separation and concentration was added to the cleansing cream for the advanced experiments on researching the optimal addition amount. Finally in accordance with the requirements of the national light industry standards, it tested the performance of the product. The experimental results show that the surfactant of the formulation has good compatibility, and there is no discoloration or delamination after the experiment on cold and heat stability. When the amount of flavonoids added is 6%, the foam height of the cleansing cream is 467 mL. The pH value is 7.67, the effective content is 34.27%, the anti-oxidation of the cleansing cream can reach 25%;and the antibacterial test after 72 hours is also in line with the national standards.
