摘要
随着军民融合发展与"双一流"建设两大国家战略的提出,国防军工高校学生所面临的竞争方式、竞争内容、竞争程度、竞争空间将大不一样,需要在基于新工科的专业内涵及其发展路径开展深入的分析,明确新时代背景下的国防科技人才培养目标,探索符合新工科人才要求的毕业设计管理模式。根据"新工科"教育范式对工程科技人才的培养要求,结合航天专业特色,进行了毕业设计教学管理的改革实践。基于项目学习的实践教学方式,组建了跨专业的综合毕业设计团队,重点阐述了毕业设计选题、教师学生双团队组建、过程管控、和规范考核等方面的实施策略。通过团队内不同专业学生的协同工作,使学生学到更加具有多学科协同设计思想、多领域联系更加紧密的知识。其研究成果对进一步深化高等学校大学生培养模式改革,培养具有原始创新能力的高级科技人才具有重要的推动作用和积极的示范意义。
With the development of civil-military integration and the proposition of the two national strategies of “double-first-class” construction,the competition mode,content,degree and space faced by students of military engineering colleges and universities for national defense will be quite different.It is necessary to put forward the talent training mode of new discipline specialty on the basis of systematically analyzing the connotation and path of new discipline specialty and aiming at the characteristics of new engineering talents.According to the training requirements of “new engineering” education mode for engineering science and technology talents,the reform and practice of graduation design teaching mode has been carried out,which combined with the specially of the aerospace features.Based on the practice teaching method of project based learning,a multi-disciplinary comprehensive graduation design team has been set up.The graduation topic design principles,the organization method for the double groups of teachers and students and the assessment criteria are introduced and discussed.The project results will contribute to deepening the reform of higher education students training mode and it also has an important and positive role in promoting the training for the original innovation capacity of senior technology professionals.
