辅导员队伍建设是一项系统工程,提高高校辅导员的科研能力,既是增强大学生思政教育针对性实效性的重要途径,又是辅导员自身发展的必然要求。从辅导员科研能力提升面临的困境入手,从科研实践认识、科研实践动力、科研实践环境等方面分析困境原因,进而从价值认识、实践方式和保障条件等方面提出辅导员科研能力提升的有效路径。

Advisor team building is a systematic project to improve the scientific research ability of college advisors. It is not only an important way to enhance the pertinence and effectiveness of college students’ political education, but also an inevitable requirement for the counselor’s own development. Starting from the dilemma of advisor’s scientific research ability improvement, this paper analyzes the causes of difficulties from the aspects of scientific research practice, scientific research practice motivation, scientific research practice environment, etc.. Then it points out the effective path to improve the advisor’s scientific research ability from the value recognition, practice and guarantee conditions.
