摘要
高校商科专业人才的商务谈判能力培养备受关注,但当前各高校商务谈判课程教学达成效果与企业实际需求存在较大差距。课程教学内容注重讲授,实操环节弱化甚至缺失,课内外教学不甚紧密,教学模式整体设计不甚合理等现象,是导致学生能力培养脱离社会需求的重要原因。如何加强该课程教学模式的创新尤显重要,鉴于此,构建基于课内外一体化"3+2"教学模式,进而实现提升教学效果,增强学生的谈判实战能力,以进一步契合社会需求。
The cultivation of business negotiation ability of business professionals in colleges and universities has received much attention. However, there is a big gap between the achievement of business negotiation courses in colleges and universities and the actual needs of enterprises. The teaching content of the course focuses on teaching, the weakening or even lack of practical operation, the in-class and out-of-class teaching is not very close, and the overall design of the teaching model is unreasonable, which is an important reason for the student’s ability training to be separated from the social needs. How to strengthen the innovation of the teaching mode of this course is particularly important. In view of this, the “3+2” teaching mode based on the integration of internal and external classes is constructed to enhance the teaching effect and enhance the students’ business negotiation ability to further meet the needs of the society.
