摘要 目的:基于戴明循环(PDCA)管理理论,构建医院超声诊断设备质量控制管理体系,探讨其在临床设备管理中的应用价值。方法:从使用操作、维护维修、安全质量控制和设备操作培训4个层面,制定设备质量标准和管理目标,建立设备质量控制管理体系。按照管理方法不同,将2016年使用常规管理的超声诊断设备作为对照组,将2017年实施设备质量控制管理体系后使用的超声诊断设备作为实验组,通过质量监控小组对两组设备质量控制检查和数据收集,结合满意度调研评估质量控制体系应用效果。结果:基于PDCA管理,按照质量控制标准建立医院超声诊断设备质量控制体系。对比两组维护维修、安全质量控制、设备操作培训及医务人员满意人数数据,其差异有统计学意义(x^2=6.34,x^2=6.69,x^2=4.08,x^2=4.53;P<0.05);使用操作和患者满意人数数据差异显著有统计学意义(x^2=7.39,x^2=14.27;P<0.01)。结论:基于PDCA循环的超声诊断设备质量控制体系适用于医院管理工作,可有效提高设备的临床服务水平。 Objective: To establish a management system of quality control of ultrasonic diagnostic equipment in hospital on the basis of plan-do-check-action (PDCA) management theory and discuss its application value in management of clinical equipment. Methods: From four aspects included usage and operation, maintenance, quality control of safety and personnel construction to formulate the quality standards and management objectives of equipment, and to establish the management system of quality control of equipment. As the different management methods, those ultrasonic diagnostic equipments were managed by routine management method in 2016 were selected as the control group, and those were managed by management system of quality control of equipment in 2017 were selected as the experimental group. The inspection of quality control and data collection of two groups were carried out by quality control team. And then the inspection results were combined with the satisfaction investigation to assess the application effect of this quality control system. Results: On the basis of PDCA management, the quality control system of ultrasonic diagnostic equipment of hospital was established as quality control standard. The differences of maintenance, quality control of safety, personnel construction and the number of satisfied medical staffs between the two groups were significant(x2=6.34, x2=6.69, x2=4.08, x2=4.53, P<0.05). The differences of the number of satisfied operators and that of satisfied patients between two groups were significant (x2=7.39, x2=14.27, P<0.01). Conclusion: The quality control system of ultrasonic diagnostic equipment based on PDCA cycle is applicable to the management of hospital, and it can effectively enhance the clinical service level of equipment.
