目的:基于特种设备的全生命周期实施精细化管理,保障医院压力容器类特种设备的安全使用。方法:分析医院特种设备安全管理现状及存在的问题,从压力容器类特种设备的组织管理、设备采购、安装验收、使用及维护以及设备的报废等生命周期管理节点,分步制定加强精细化管理措施。结果:特种设备进行全生命周期的精细化管理后,各种安全事故得到了有效遏制,特种设备的故障率明显降低,实现全院所有压力容器类特种设备3年零事故。结论:医院特种设备安全管理必须坚持精细化管理理念,建立健全监督制度和组织管理体系,强化特种设备安全管理,预防和遏制生产事故,确保生命财产安全。

Objective: To ensure safe use of special equipment of the kind of pressure vessel through the delicacy management of the whole life cycle for special equipment. Methods: Through analyzing and summarizing the present situation and existing problems of safety management of special equipment in hospitals to strengthen the delicacy management of special equipment in hospitals from the series of aspects included organizational management, equipment procurement, installation and acceptance, use and maintenance, and scrapping of special equipment of the kind of pressure vessel. Results: Through the delicacy management of the whole life cycle of special equipment, various safety accidents have been effectively curbed and the failure rate of special equipments was significantly reduced. And it achieved zero accident of all special equipments of the kind of pressure vessels of hospital in last 3 years. Conclusion: The safety management of special equipment in hospital must adhere to the concept of delicacy management, and establish and improve the supervision system and organization management system, and strengthen the safety management of special equipment, and prevent and curb production accidents, and ensure the safety of life and property.
