儿童哮喘患者外周血单个核细胞中TIPE2的表达与临床意义 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨儿童哮喘患者外周血单个核细胞中TIPE2的表达与临床意义。方法:收集我院2015年9月至2017年9月期间就诊的100例哮喘儿童和80例正常儿童为研究对象,分别检测其TIPE2 mRNA和蛋白的表达,血清中IL-4、IFN-γ的含量及总IgE水平,并统计分析两组的差异。结果:与正常儿童组相比,哮喘儿童组TIPE2 mRNA和蛋白的表达均出现显著下降(P <0. 05),血清中IL-4含量和总IgE水平显著增高(P <0. 05),但IFN-γ含量显著降低(P <0. 05); TIPE2蛋白表达与血清中IL-4含量(r=-0. 406 2,P=0. 029)以及总IgE水平(r=-0. 499 0,P=0. 012)呈负相关,但TIPE2蛋白表达与血清中IFN-γ含量无显著相关性(r=0. 119 7,P=0. 413)。结论:与正常儿童组相比,该地区哮喘儿童组外周血单个核细胞中TIPE2表现显著下降,TIPE2的表达下降可能会加强哮喘儿童的Th2细胞免疫作用。 Objective: To explore the expression and clinical significance of TIPE2 in peripheral blood mononuclear cells in children with asthma. Methods: A total of 100 asthmatic children and 80 normal children treated in our hospital from September 2015 to September 2017 were enrolled in this study to detect TIPE2 mRNA and protein expression,serum levels of IL-4 and IFN-γ and total serum IgE levels. The differences was statistically analyzed between the two groups. Results: Compared the with normal children,the expression of TIPE2 mRNA and protein in asthmatic children decreased significantly( P < 0. 05). Serum levels of IL-4 and total IgE were significantly increased( P < 0. 05),but IFN-y levels were significantly lower( P < 0. 05). TIPE2 protein expression was negatively correlated with serum IL-4 level( r =-0. 406 2,P = 0. 029) and total IgE level( r =-0. 499 0,P = 0. 012),but there was no correlation between TIPE2 protein expression and serum IFN( r = 0. 119 7,P =0. 413). Conclusion: Compared with the normal children in Jiangsu Province,the expression of TIPE2 in peripheral blood mononuclear cells of asthmatic children decreased significantly. The decreased expression of TIPE2 may enhance the Th2 cellular immunity in asthmatic children.
