摘要
针对碳纤维复合材料在汽车结构上的应用,设计了适合HP-RTM工艺成型的碳纤维复合材料中通道加强板结构,分析了碳纤维复合材料中通道加强板的力学性能,研究了HP-RTM碳纤维复合材料中通道加强板成型模具,虚拟验证了HP-RTM成型工艺性,生产出满足使用要求的HP-RTM碳纤维中通道加强板合格样件,填补了碳纤维复合材料零部件量产工艺在车身结构上应用的国内空白。
For carbon fiber application on the automotive industry,carbon fiber composite middle channel using HPRTM process was designed;Mechanical property of carbon fiber middle channel was analyzed;HP-RTM molded carbon fiber composite middle channel was studied;Parameters of HP-RTM process was simulated;HP-RTM carbon fiber composite middle channel prototype was produced,which meets the working requirement and fills up the gaps of carbon fiber composite components using mass production process in body structure.
