复合材料结构件产品的应用越来越广泛,对不规则和异形结构的复合材料结构件的加工一直是一个现实的难题,本文创造性地利用现在使用很普遍的通用设备和工具,解决了复合材料结构件的平面加工的难题,并达到了经济、高效和精度高的效果,真正体现出了"工匠精神"的作用,并将此方法推广应用到其它加工设备的加工生产中,为复合材料结构件的加工探索了一条有效的方式方法。

Composite parts were applied widely.The surface finishing of irregularly and special shape composite parts is still a problem.In this paper,The problem on surface finishing for composite parts was solved using the common equipment and tooling and realize the aims of economy,efficiency and high precision,which embody the function of"craftsmanship spirit".The innovative method should be applied to other finishing fields,which will explore an effective direction for composite parts finishing in the future.
