填料块裂纹质量问题分析及解决

Analysis and Solution of Crack Quality of Filler Block

蜂窝夹层结构件中填料块经常出现裂纹,即填料块完成装配并随结构件入炉固化后,填料块极易产生裂纹,造成返工返修,对复合材料件的结构强度造成了影响。本文利用MiniTab软件对各影响因素进行量化数据分析,找出主要影响因素,并制订了改进方案。

Cracks often occur in the filler blocks of honeycomb sandwich structures,that is,when the filler blocks are assembled and after heat setting,the cracks are easily produced,resulting in rework and the bad influence on the structural strength of the composite materials.In this paper,MiniTab software is used to analyze the quantitative data of various influencing factors,find out the main influencing factors,and make an improvement plan.
