美学修复型瓷纳美树脂修复前牙缺损的临床疗效

Clinical effect of aesthetic restoration of anterior teeth defects with porcelain nano-resin

目的:探讨美学修复型瓷纳美树脂修复前牙缺损的临床疗效。方法:选择120例前牙缺损患者(牙髓活力正常),随机分为2组,实验组:窝洞预备后使用美学修复型瓷纳美树脂充填;对照组:使用3M Z350纳米树脂充填。分别于治疗即刻、1年和2年后随访复查,对其继发龋、边缘密合性、边缘着色、表面粗糙度、色泽匹配、磨耗及牙龈健康七方面进行临床评价,数据进行统计学分析。结果:治疗后即刻、1年和2年,色泽匹配方面两组有显著性差异(P<0.05),实验组优于对照组。其它方面两组无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:美学修复型瓷纳美树脂既具有纳米树脂修复的特点,又满足了美学修复要求,对前牙缺损的修复可取得满意疗效。

Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of aesthetic restoration of anterior teeth defects with porcelain nano-resin. Methods: 120 patients with anterior teeth defects (normal pulp vitality) were randomly divided into 2 groups. The experimental group was filled with aesthetically-repaired porcelain Nami resin after the cavity was prepared. The control group was filled with 3M Z350 nano-resin. They were followed up immediately, 1 and 2 years after treatment, respectively. The clinical evaluation of secondary sputum, edge adhesion, edge coloration, surface roughness, color matching, abrasion and gum health were carried out. The data were statistically analyzed. Results: Immediately after treatment, 1 year and 2 years, there was a significant difference in color matching between the two groups (P<0.05). The experimental group was superior to the control group. There were no significant differences between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion: Esthetic restorative porcelain nano-resin not only has the characteristics of nano-resin restoration, but also meets the requirements of esthetic restoration.
