新时代武术与民族传统体育专业创新人才培养路径研究

On the Training Methods of Innovative Talents in Wushu and National Traditional Sports in the Context of a New Era

文章采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等,对武术与民族传统体育专业创新人才的培养方案,以创新人才的标准为出发点,分析武术与民族传统专业所面临的困境,拟在新时代背景下,提出武术与民族传统体育专业人才培养的创新路径,提高本专业对社会的需求能力及创新能力的再适合度与匹配度。

Based on the methods of documentation and logical analysis and according to the training scheme of innovative talents in Wushu and national traditional sports, this paper analyses the dilemma faced by Wushu and traditional national sports from the point of view of the standards of innovative talents. This paper also proposes the innovative ways of cultivating talents of Wushu and traditional national sports under the background of the new era, so that to improve the adaptability and matching degree of this professional to social demand and innovation.
