2022年冬奥会背景下高校奥林匹克教育开展现状研究

Research on the Olympic Education in Universities under the background of 2022 winter Olympics

运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法、数理统计等研究方法 ,对山西省六所高校奥林匹克教育开展现状进行调查分析。在所调查的这些高校当中,大多数并未在其课程安排当中设置此课程;相关教师队伍也比较缺乏;针对大多体育教师而言,其对奥林匹克知识的了解水平仅停留在一般层面;大学生渴望获取奥林匹克知识,他们对奥林匹克知识的了解渠道主要集中于新闻媒介,缺乏教师的专业指导;奥林匹克课程教材陈旧,无法满足新时代的需要。在此基础上提出相关建设性建议,目的在于促进奥林匹克教育在高校的普及,弘扬奥林匹克精神,培养大学生正确的价值观念,促进大学生全面发展。

This paper studies the status quo of 6 fitness clubs in jinshui district of zhengzhou city by means of literature and questionnaire survey. The results show that among the members of fitness clubs, the proportion of female members is higher than that of male members. The proportion of male coaches is higher than that of female coaches. The number of years of employment is the most from 1 to 3 years. The monthly income of coaches is the most from 3,000 to 5,000. The investment of fitness clubs mainly has two kinds of scales, large and small, marketing is more inclined to the Internet and leaflet two ways. The improvement countermeasures are:the appropriate transformation of the environment, renovation of venues, increasing the types of fitness equipment, fitness equipment update;and paying attention to the quality of coaches and recruit professional coaches;Proper investment should be made in marketing,we media should be operated well, and online communication with members should be maintained.
