奥运中的法律问题初探

Legal Issues in the Olympic Games

一定意义上,承办奥运会是一项系统的综合社会工程,奥运会的举办之所以会引起任何承办国的高度重视和长时间的筹备就以为奥运会涉及的方面,早已经超出了单纯的体育竞技,如果从法律领域来看,也是一个系统的法律问题,贯穿法律体系的各个方面。国际奥委会的申办规则中也特别强调法律的重要性,其中奥运体育立法问题居于核心地位。文章就中国承办2022年冬季奥运中的奥运立法精神和法律实践问题进行了分析。

In a certain sense, hosting the Olympic Games is a systematic project involving all aspects of society, the preparation of the Olympic Games is not only a purely sports issue, not only a purely economic issue, but a lot of legal issues involving legislation, law enforcement and the judiciary. The IOC’s bid rules also place special emphasis on the importance of law, in which the issue of Olympic sports legislation occupies a central position. This paper analyzes the spirit of Olympic legislation and legal practice in China’s hosting of the 2022 Winter Olympic Games.
