基于SWOT-AHP模型的苏州市气排球运动发展对策研究

On the Development Strategy of Suzhou Gas Volleyball based on SWOT-AHP Model

运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、SWOT分析与层次分析等方法,对苏州市气排球运动发展过程中所面临的优势、劣势、机遇与威胁进行定性分析,并构建AHP定量模型,提出发展策略。结果表明,苏州市气排球运动发展策略应首选SO战略,依托自身良好的项目开展基础,完善项目竞赛平台搭建,在市民健身休闲意识不断提高的大背景下,抓住国家政策与体育产业快速发展的机遇,加快推动全市气排球运动的发展。

By using the methods of literature, expert interview, SWOT analysis and AHP, this paper makes a qualitative analysis of the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats in the development of Suzhou balloon volleyball, and constructs an AHP quantitative model to put forward the development strategy. The result shows that the SO strategy should be the first choice for the development strategy of Suzhou balloon volleyball, relying on its own good project foundation, perfecting the construction of competition platform, seizing the opportunity of the rapid development of national policy and sports industry, and accelerating the service of promoting the city’s balloon volleyball under the background of the continuous improvement of citizens’ awareness of fitness and leisure.
