The psychological Testing technology has unique effects in the detection of difficult cases. Under the background of big data, the predicament of criminal investigation is constrained by traditional concepts. It is necessary to reexamine and orientate the function and effect of psychological detection technology from the dual perspectives of investigation and evidence. The arrival of the big data era has brought great challenges and opportunities to the traditional psychological testing technology, pushing the concept of psychological testing work to change from the passive, causal, individual state to that of being active, related, and overall,breaking through the three major constraints of the traditional psychological testing model, such as the detection environment, special subjects, individual subjects, and so on and promoting the psychological testing work highly efficient, intelligent and deeply integrated.
