装配整体式住宅结构关键节点构造研究

Research on the Key Node Structure of Prefabricated Integral Residential Structure

不同于传统的现浇混凝土结构设计,装配式住宅结构多了深化设计阶段,深化设计图纸是整合多技术专业及相关参与方需求而输出的。文章针对装配式建筑的特点,以某公租房项目为例,系统地分析总结深化设计阶段的流程,尤其是对结构关键部件深化、节点构造深化进行研究、主要专项设计重点难点进行总结,归纳探索出装配式建筑深化设计管理的一般思路,为其他装配式建筑深化设计提供借鉴。

Different from the traditional cast-in-place concrete structure design, the prefabricated residential structure includes a deepening design stage, and the deepening design drawings are output by integrating the requirements of multiple technology professionals and related participants. Focusing on the characteristics of prefabricated buildings, taking a public rental housing project as an example,this article systematically analyzes and summarizes the process of deepening design stage, especially the research on the deepening of key structural components, the deepening of the node structure and the key points and main difficulties of special design to explore and summarize the general idea of deepening design management of prefabricated buildings and provide reference for the deepening design of other prefabricated buildings.
