摘要
建筑群体的能耗既受到单体的影响,也受到群体形态的影响。住宅区能耗在城市能耗中占有相当高的比例,同时又具有典型的群体形态特征。文章使用软件模拟的方法,研究住宅区形态与能耗的关系。同时,基于对大量上海当代住宅街区案例的调查,以1.6这一最常见的容积率参数为前提,生成了6种基本类型和12种亚类型,模拟并分析了它们的能耗表现。
The energy consumption of building groups is affected by both individual and group morphology. Residential blocks’ energy consumption accounts for a fairly high proportion of urban energy consumption, and at the same time it has typical group morphological characteristics. This article uses software simulation methods to study the relationship between residential blocks’ morphology and energy consumption. At the same time, based on the investigation on a large number of contemporary residential blocks in Shanghai, six basic types and 12 sub-types were formed based on the most common floor area ratio of 1.6, and their energy consumption performances were simulated and analyzed.
