摘要 高强度钢切削加工中的刀具磨损对切削效率和加工成本有着重要的影响。通过切削仿真研究刀具磨损具有成本低、可选参数范围大等优点。基于Usui模型建立了采用硬质合金刀具切削高强度钢的刀具磨损仿真模型,并对磨损模型进行了实验验证。仿真研究了刀具几何角度对刀具后刀面磨损的影响规律。结果表明,刃口半径对后刀面磨损影响最大,且后刀面磨损随刃口半径增大而增大,随前角和后角的增大而减小。 Tool wear has an important impact on cutting efficiency and cost in cutting high-strength steel. To study tool wear through cutting simulation, it has the advantages of low cost and wide range of optional param-eters, etc. Based on the Usui model, a tool wear simulation model for cutting high-strength steel by car-bide tool is established, and verified by the experiments. The influence of tool geometry angle on flank wear is studied by simulation. The results show that the radius of the edge has the greatest influence on the flank wear, and the flank wear increases with the increase of the edge radius, and decreases with the increase of the rake angle and relief angle.
