摘要
凸轮轴孔为缸盖加工过程中的难点,精度超差及表面质量缺陷直接导致凸轮轴抱死,影响发动机性能。为此针对某型号发动机缸盖凸轮轴孔加工过程中出现的质量问题展开研究,从人、机、料、法、环5个方面进行分析,通过对机床夹具测量调整分析解决同轴度超差问题,剖析现有加工工艺方案存在的问题,对刀具方案进行优化,有效的提高了缸盖加工质量及生产效率,降低制造成本。
The camshaft hole is a difficult point in the processing of the cylinder head. The accuracy and surface quality defects directly cause the camshaft to lock and affect the engine performance. In this paper, the quality problems in the process of the camshaft holes machining of a certain type of engine cylinder head are studied, analyzing from five aspects of the people, machine, material, method,environment. The problem of coaxiality overshoot is solved by adjusting the fixture of the machine tool, analyzing the exist-ing problems in the processing schemes, optimizing the cutting tool scheme, the processing quality and production efficiency of the cylinder head are improved, and the manufacturing cost is reduced.
