摘要
介绍了汽车铝合金车轮常规的机加工流程的工艺路线,阐述了接刀棱产生的原因及其不利影响。并根据铝合金车轮的加工特点,设计了一刀车夹具,介绍了一刀车夹具的结构特点和具体组成。
In the conventional machining process of the aluminum alloy wheel , the knife edge on the outer rim is inevitable. This article introduces the conventional machining process route , explains the cause of the knife edge and its adverse effects, then designs a one-cut turning fixture and explains the structural fea-tures and constitution according to the machining characteristics of the aluminum alloy wheel.
