美国白蛾飞防次生灾害规避技术研究

Study on Avoidance Technology of Hyphantria cunea Drury Flying to Prevent Secondary Disasters

本文以山东省莒县为例,对美国白蛾飞机防治中的次生灾害规避技术进行了研究。山东省莒县通过设置禁飞区、广泛宣传、错时飞防、反风向飞行等措施,解决了美国白蛾飞防容易产生次生灾害的难题。2018年6月中旬,莒县运用3架轻型直升机防治第一代美国白蛾,3天时间喷洒作业总面积达50000hm2,未发生1例次生灾害,为安全、有效、快速、大面积实施美国白蛾飞机防治树立了成功典范。

Taking Juxian county in Shandong Province as an example, this paper studies the secondary disaster avoidance technology in the prevention and control of Hyphantria cunea Drury aircraft. Juxian County, Shandong Province, solved the problem of secondary disasters easily caused by hyphantria cunea Drury flying prevention by setting up no-fly zones, widely publicizing, wrongtime flying prevention and counter-wind flying. In mid-June 2018, Juxian county used three light helicopters to control the first generation of Hyphantria cunea Drury. The total area of the three-day spraying operation reached 50,000 hm2, and no secondary disasters occurred. It set a successful example for the safe, effective, rapid and large-scale implementation of the control of Hyphantria cunea Drury aircraft.
