脂质水胶体敷料联合表皮生长因子治疗浅Ⅱ度烫伤的疗效观察 被引量:4

摘要 目的观察脂质水胶体敷料联合表皮生长因子治疗浅Ⅱ度烫伤的疗效,探求一种操作简单、安全有效容易被患者接受的烫伤换药新方法。方法 将864例轻、中度烫伤的患者按单双号分为观察组和对照组。观察组采用脂质水胶体敷料联合表皮生长因子,对照组采用磺胺嘧啶银传统无菌包扎法。比较两组创面患者更换敷料时有无创面粘连发生、有无疼痛、出血及伤口换药次数、愈合时间。结果 观察组患者更换敷料时无创面粘连发生,平均治愈时间明显少于对照组且患者疼痛较轻(P<0.05)。结论 脂质水胶体敷料联合表皮生长因子治疗患者浅Ⅱ度烫伤,具有不粘连创面、换药无疼痛及出血、加速创面愈合等优点,值得在浅Ⅱ度烫伤患者中推广。 Objective To observe the curative effect of lipid hydrocolloid dressing combined with epidermal growth factor in treating superficial second degree scald, and to explore a new method of scald and dressing that is simple, safe, effective and easy to be accepted by patients. Methods 864 patients with mild and moderate scald were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the single and double number. The observation group was treated with lipid hydrocolloid dressing combined with epidermal growth factor, and the control group was treated with the traditional aseptic binding of sulfadiazine silver. The wound adhesion, pain, bleeding and the times of wound dressing and healing time were compared between the two groups of wound dressing. Results there was no wound adhesion in the observation group, and the average cure time was less than that of the control group and the pain was lighter in the patients. Conclusion lipid hydrocolloid dressings combined with epidermal growth factor treatment for patients with superficial second degree burns has the advantages of non adhesive wound, dressing change, no pain and bleeding, and accelerating wound healing. It is worth promoting in patients with superficial second degree scald.
