摘要
目的探讨间歇充气压力泵与低分子肝素联合应用在预防慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者下肢深静脉血栓形成中的效果。方法选取85例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者,在入院时随机分成两组,对照组予常规护理及使用低分子肝素预防深静脉血栓形成,观察组在对照组的基础上联合应用间歇充气加压泵。结果对照组发生深静脉血栓形成6例(13.9%),观察组发生2例(4.76%),观察组深静脉血栓形成发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论间歇充气加压泵与低分子肝素联合应用可有效预防慢性阻塞性肺疾病下肢深静脉血栓的形成。
Objective To explore the effect of intermittent aeration pressure pump and low molecular heparin in preventing the formation of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods 85 cases of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in the hospital is divided into two groups at random, the control to conventional nursing care and use of low molecular heparin to prevent deep vein thrombosis, On the basis of the control group, the observation group combined with the intermittent pneumatic pressure pump.Results In the control group, there were 6 cases of deep venous thrombosis(13.9%) and 2 cases(4.76%) in the observation group. The incidence of deep venous thrombosis in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined application of intermittent air pressure pump and low molecular heparin can effectively prevent the formation of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
