摘要
目的探讨单颗后牙种植修复体咬合特征(咬合接触时间、咬合力)的改变规律,为临床诊疗提供参考。方法选择25例第一磨牙种植患者,T-scan咬合分析仪分别记录修复完成时、修复3个月后种植修复体及其对侧同名天然牙的咬合接触时间和咬合力百分比,并进行统计学分析。结果修复完成时种植修复体咬合接触时间晚于天然牙,咬合力百分比小于天然牙;修复3个月后,种植修复体的咬合接触时间缩短0.028s,仍晚于天然牙接触;种植修复体咬合力百分比增加2.05倍,仍小于天然牙。结论第一磨牙种植义齿修复后3个月咬合特征发生改变,但暂不需要调■处理,提示应注重种植修复体咬合的定期复查。
Objective To investigate the characteristics of articulation (contact time, ratio of bite force) in single posterior dental implant. Methods A total of 25 patients who received implant-supported prosthesis to replace first molars were involved in this study. The contact time and ratio of bite force of implant-supported first molar were collected immediately and three months after implant prosthesis placement using T-scan articulation analyzer. The contralateral natural first molars served as controls. Results The occlusal contact time of implants were later than nature tooth significantly either immediately or three months after implant prosthesis placement. The similar results were observed for ratio of bite force of implant prosthesis, which was less than natural tooth three months after implant prosthesis placement. However, the implant s ratio of bite force and contact time increased significantly three months after implant prosthesis placement. Conclusion The results suggest that more attention should be paid to the variation of articulation after implant prosthesis placement to avoid abnormal occlusion.
